Zeyth Advisory · Go-to-Market Plan · 2026

Clinic AI: grant-funded transformation for medical & aesthetic practices

A done-for-you AI offer for clinics — delivered through two partner lanes, sold through warm channels first, sequenced over a 90-day launch. This is the working plan behind the iNextLabs and ASAP AI partnerships.

01Who
Customers — ranked, not listed
1
Aesthetic clinics & med spaswarm network, tested wedge, high WhatsApp volume. Start here.
2
Plastic surgeonsfew but high-value; premium-tier fit.
3
Dentistslarge, PSG-friendly, bookings-driven; colder for you.
4
Wellness centres & TCMbroad market, expand once the playbook is proven.
Qualifying filter: SG-registered SME · 30%+ local shareholding · 1–3 sites · owner-operator · WhatsApp-led enquiries. Turns a category into a callable list.
Partners — by what they give you
  • Medical associations / councils — credibility + access to a member list (highest-trust route)
  • SME connectors (e.g. Deepa) — warm, personal introductions
  • Sales reps — deal flow on a referral fee define %
  • iNextLabs & ASAP AI — the two delivery engines (see §02)
Channel-led beats cold. Sequence: associations & connectors first, reps second, cold outreach last.
02What — the offer
"An always-on AI receptionist for your clinic — and we run the grant."
Zeyth sells one productised outcome: AI transformation for clinics, done-for-you, grant-funded where eligible. Not software — a managed result. Delivered through two lanes:
Lane A · Entry

iNextLabs · EngageAI

  • WhatsApp AI agent — booking, FAQs, no-show recovery, EN/中文
  • On the SG grant panel — PSG-claimable
  • Single-agent scope fits PSG cleanly
Up to 50% PSG-fundedPSG → ECI upsell
Lane B · Premium

ASAP AI · Brand Genie

  • AI concierge — richer, bespoke branded experience
  • US company — not on SG grant list
  • For foreign-owned, luxury & regional (BKK/HK/Dubai) clinics
Premium · no grant by design
Routing rule: grant-eligible & price-sensitive → Lane A · foreign / luxury / regional → Lane B. ASAP's lack of grant eligibility is irrelevant for clients who were never using a SG grant.
03Why
Why the clinic buys
  • Recover lost bookings — after-hours & slow replies leak revenue
  • Cut no-shows — automated reminders & rebooking
  • Lower front-desk load — 24/7 response without more headcount
  • Nearly free — up to 50% government-funded (the hook)
Why buy it through Zeyth (your moat)
  • We bring the solution and scope it to their clinic
  • We run the grant end-to-end — application, audit, claim
  • One done-for-you outcome, not a dashboard they self-serve
  • Time-poor doctors buy outcomes, not software
04How
Channel — sequenced
  • Warm first: associations, councils & connectors for introductions
  • Reps second: referral fee on successful close set % & trigger
  • Cold last: targeted email / WhatsApp / personal visit
Routing — run both partners
  • Q1 — SG-registered, 30%+ local? No → Lane B
  • Q2 — subsidy a real driver? No → Lane B
  • Q3 — regional/multi-site? Yes → Lane B
  • Otherwise → Lane A (iNextLabs)
Referral economics
  • Reps paid e.g. 10% of Zeyth revenue per closed deal
  • Paid on customer payment, not on intro
  • Keeps motivation tied to actual closes
05Economics — how activity becomes money
Revenue line 1
20%
Elite-tier reseller margin on the iNextLabs software subscription (recurring tail).
Revenue line 2

Revenue line 3

07Target & blockers to clear
Q3 target

set number signed clinics · $ figure advisory revenue

Must align with the year-1 ARR you commit to iNextLabs in the PBP. A number makes the plan trackable against the SGD-100k path.
First-client shortlist
Pull 3 names from the warm network now — screen with the §01 qualifying filter — so you pitch live the moment pricing lands. Don't start cold.

UPA contract

Clear non-compete / outside-business terms before signing either partner. Applies to iNextLabs and ASAP equally.

iNextLabs exclusivity

Confirm the Elite PBP permits reselling ASAP alongside it — or the two-lane model breaches the agreement.

Contract ownership

When a vendor bills the end user, ensure the clinic stays Zeyth's client at renewal — or you're disintermediated.
